The application “BossBill” (Application) is owned and operated by BossBill Pty Ltd (ACN 693 936 337) (we, our or us). This privacy policy Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use and disclose personal information in relation to the use of our Application as required by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

We may charge you a fee in relation to identifying and providing access to your personal information on a per-request basis. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time by following these steps in the app: Go to Dashboard → Tap the Settings icon → Select Delete Account. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before deleting your account.

Cookies and other application related information

The Application may use cookies. A cookie is a data file that an application transfers to your device. This enables the application to track the pages and applications you have visited on your device.

The purpose of these cookies is to collect information about which pages and applications are viewed by relevant individuals and how they are reached, what is done when they are visited, the length of time that the individual remains on the Application, and how we perform in providing content to such individuals. This also helps us to provide our services more efficiently if our Application is revisited.

Unless we are notified otherwise, we will assume that all information about another person that you upload or input onto the Application, or otherwise provide to us, has been uploaded or provided to us with that person’s consent or, where that person is under the age of 15 years, the consent of that person’s parent or guardian.

If we become aware that we have obtained information about a person under the age of 15 years without the consent of a parent or guardian of that person, we will remove that information from the Application and destroy all records of the information that we hold. Variation of policy
